The Social Model in Recovery Housing Training

This training will focus on The Social Model and Developing Management Skills. This training will provide an overview of Social Model principles, how to practically implement these principles in everyday recovery residence operations, and Social Model-based conflict resolution.

Participants will learn the importance of peer leadership and decision-making, strengths-based lived experience, and community-based support networks in recovery residence settings.
