Overview:
This training equips recovery house leaders/managers and operators with practical Motivational Interviewing skills to effectively address conflict while supporting resident growth and recovery.
Participants will learn the core elements of Motivational Interviewing, apply strategies that promote empowerment and accountability, and practice resolving conflict in ways that maintain safety and respect.
This training also emphasizes the importance of self-care and maintaining one's own recovery as the foundation for strong, recovery-centered leadership.
