Recovery Advocacy

In the late 1990s, mobilization of individuals and families in recovery began grassroots recovery community organizations. Advocacy can take many forms with a wide array of ideas and strategies. Advocating for people in recovery can include coordinating needed resources to significant local, state, and national policy changes. Join a movement of individuals who care about folks struggling with substance use and co-occurring behavioral health disorders.
