Dr. Fine comes to RICARES as part of his continued work in community health as he pursues Neighborhood Health Stations in Rhode Island to increase access and supports for healthcare to residents. Steve, a person in long term recovery, has worked in the substance use field for over thirty years. He has worked in several modalities of treatment including outpatient, residential and opioid treatment. Recovery advocacy has been Steve's passion for over a decade. Steve was a board member, then board chair for the Faces and Voices of Recovery national organization from 2008 to 2014, and served on the board of Young People in Recover (YPR).

Richard is sole practitioner at Corley and Associates, specializing primarily in criminal defense and some civil personal injury cases. Richard is current Legal Counsel to the Rhode Island Senate Judiciary Committee, and a member of Warwick Zoning Board.
Ian has worked for over 40 years in the substance use disorder field as a case manager and a clinician. He was the Administrator of Community Services at the R.I.
